About Me

I’m a Software Engineer based in London with experience building scalable backend systems and modern web applications across government platforms, enterprise products, and freelance projects. I currently work as a Senior Software Engineer at Kainos, where I’ve contributed to critical systems for the UK Government, including services at His Majesty’s Passport Office and the Department for Government Reform.

My professional focus is on designing clean, reliable systems using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, SQL, and AWS. I enjoy working across the full development lifecycle — from designing APIs and databases to building responsive user interfaces and deploying production-ready systems.

Alongside my full-time role, I also work as a freelance developer, where I’ve delivered real-world projects for international clients. Recently, I built and launched a bilingual e-commerce platform for a client in the Czech Republic using Next.js and React, including payment integration, internationalization, automated deployment, and custom shopping features. I also designed and developed a corporate website for a company in Prague, delivering a performant and scalable platform using React and Node.js.
